Morning everyone AP looks to have an outstanding book of rides today, just trying to decide which ones to perm up with the Fly.
Tidal, one of my best mates owns a leg in this horse, I text him my nice winner yesterday and when he messaged me back a thank you I asked him about today. He said maybe £2 EW, just want him to run ok and come back sound. I dont want to put you or anyone else off backing him but I know they want to win a 0-140 chase with him. If you watched him at Cheltenham he travelled better than anything else in the race before blowing up 3 out due to lack of peak fitness. I am not saying he wont win but if I am reading the script right then this run is to put him spot on for next time!

Hello lads from a cloudy and soon to be wet Vizcaya. THere is a horse running in the 3 20 at Limerick who SBC wants to be and could be described as the luckiest woman in the world.....any ideas...
Guys have you also noticed how BEST BOY BARNEY is sandwiched between two of Hendersons in the last at Newbury??? LMAO Not the wost 50-1 punt you could ever have a cheeky flutter on either!
Jumped off the page at me Stick - excellent course form and has the assistance of the champ today. My bookie has this as his "happy hour" race today - best industry price on all runners between 12.00 - 13.00 GMT. Hope there is still some 4/1 knocking around .................
I was going to go for something more gutter-level like "Mr Henderson's ****-buddy" or "Nicky's naked nympho" but thought it might put people off their breakfast

Looks a tricky handicap so leaving it alone. My NAP however is Burn and Turn (EW) 2.35 Leopardstown
5.10 Wolves Bestfootforward 7/1 This represents a very rare foray into Maiden company for me but this looks an extremely poor contest that should not take a lot of winning and I'm hopeful of a big showing from Olivia Maylam's 3 year old filly who will be making just her 2nd career start after running well to a point on her debut just 9 days ago. This daughter of Motivator is pretty nicely bred with being a half sister to the double Group 3 winning Azmeel as well as a half sister to the German Listed winner Baisse and although finishing a 6L beaten 9th on her debut I think there was quite a bit to like about her first racecourse appearance at Lingfield. After being keen down to the start and weak in the market (10/1 out to 16/1), Bestfootforward broke well from her draw in stall 1 to take up the running and she set a pretty decent clip over the 1m trip. She swung into the home straight still in front and was bang there at the 1f pole before she didn't find an awful lot for pressure and once beaten Kirsty Milczarek certainly wasn't overly hard on her and allowed her to come home in her own time. She certainly didn't look devoid of ability and I'm hoping she'll strip fitter for her debut run. On paper, that race certainly looked tougher than this contest with the 2nd home rated 65 whilst today's market leader Lieutenant Dan is only rated 55 and I don't think her trainer could have found a much easier race than this one. Although her half siblings were seen at best effect over middle distances, I think the drop back to 7f is a positive and she certainly seemed to have the pace for this trip on debut. From a good berth in stall 2, I certainly wouldn't mind seeing her go from the front again this time. This represents Olivia Maylam's only runner of the day and she has hit some really good form of late with 2 winners and a neck beaten 2nd from her last 5 runners and given that she certainly is not renowned for winning debutants I certainly feel Bestfootforward should come on considerably for her opening run. Chris Catlin, who is 1-6 for the yard, takes the ride and I think its very interesting that he hangs around for 3 hours for this ride and I'm hoping that is a signal that she is fancied to run well. Although not a race to get heavily involved with, this Maiden looks extremely winnable and given that Bestfootforward is bred to be a pretty decent horse and if improving for her debut I'm hoping that she can land this contest at a nice price.
