Two things to comment on from the early races. 1. How good could Emotionless be? The Godolphoin runner in the first at Newmarket Venturous was brushed aside against Emotionless yet scooted up unasked today. 2. I can be critical of a jockey as I do sometimes doubt their level of common sense, when this is the case you sometimes have to hold up your hands. That was a brilliant ride by Jamie Spencer on Marak, bumped at the start, behind a wall he swerved exactly to to where the gaps came and drove hard in the final half furlong.
I am not sure this is likely but has anyone on here ever been treated in a medical capacity by Dr Koukash ? I ask as Channel 4 keep referring to him as the good Doctor and I am not sure I wish to take the critique of a broadcasting company as sufficient endorsement. I have a bit of a sore throat and like anyone would only like to entrust my health to a 'good Doctor', but is he?
Mate gave me BALLESTEROS last week and just won. He is out again today in an easier race but is carrying more weight. Think he should go close again could go ew but I'm going for a win. Also quite like BALMORAL CASTLE, won this race last year. Singles and ew double.

No idea what Buick was doing on Portamento. That crook Easterby pulled a fast one in the sprint - bet he wins the 4:40 with the one I won't touch! Watching Leeds v Hull KR in a West Hull pub full of Hull FC fans - lots of cheering except the East Hull bar manager! Edit: Correction to rant - wrong Easterby!!!
Bluesky9, Dr Koukash is a physiotherapist (or one of those long words!) and made his fortune operating a business providing not just his own services. Also owns Salford Rugby League club.
Clearly that one of Cumani's was well fancied at Beverley, so it looks like back to the shandy with the Tykes after three losers today...
You would think Hull had just won the Super League when ex-Hull Briscoe just went the length of the field for Leeds. Ear plugs needed!
