No TV today for me but just noticed Zubayr won at 9/1 (one of my TTF :emoticon-0169-dance) and Theatre Guide returned £7.80 on the Tote for the comp. Good day so far.

Thistlecrack definitely does, and in terms of form achieved this season Cue Cards defeat of the mighty Vautour in the King George DOES look the best on offer. However I'd wonder will he stay well enough, if he does, he'll be hard to beat. Personally I don't think he will.

ERICHT totally saved my bacon today. LE REVE ran a belter, how is Theatre Guide off that mark? LE REVE is travelling so well and getting in to such a beautiful rhythm for Skelton. It's a match made in heaven. I really hope he rides him in the National. Came back with a small cut and an overreach today but nothing to worry about.
DRUMCLIFF was far too keen and then way too green but he is a gorgeous animal with a big future. Typical that my face West Country trainer wins the bumper at twenties with no saver from me.

Sad re Mon Successor today. He was travelling so well when he came to grief today.
