Great shout Chelsea with Big time....now a winner without a penalty. gone close you say? Think it would have won eased down if it had got a clear passage from 2 furlongs out. Harley was motionless...til the gaps failed to appear! Had it in a r/fc with Suzi's Conniseur....which I put up on here lto as having one of these big handicaps in him....so close...but so far!!
Also made a nice few quid with the e/w double with Ziggy, thanks again fella....proper info!!

Apologies for that Honourable, Mick. Just goes to show that jockeys make useless tipsters (probably why AP McCoy tips for William Hill). When my mate told me it the story was that the jockey that had ridden a piece of its work reckoned it was a certainty and would win by ‘half the track’ (we have all heard that one before – I would have settled for half a length!). Ordinarily I would not touch a juvenile maiden with half a dozen first-time-out runners but it was the form pick and Fahey is no mug and was positive in his SportingLife.com column.

If Chelsea’s Big Time had not been so unlucky in running (that is horseracing for you) earlier, it would have paid for my MOT, a new battery I need for the laptop and all my bank holiday beer. C’est la vie.

They certainly do QM. A very good friend of ours is friendly with a French jockey and he gave us a "red hot tip" a couple of years back................
