Incredible story Jamie Vardy. I was born and bred in a Sheffield suburb called Stocksbridge, dominated by the local steelworks. My grandad worked 52 years there, my dad 47 and my brother 25 and counting. Vardy used to play for Stocksbridge Park Steels, the local club that used to be the works team, and here he is a few years down the line banging in a goal like that for England. Amazing Roy of the Rovers story.
