    I feel horses always drift for a reason and after many years of analysing it I find the big drifters on the day of the race rarely win.

    This is Laurens' toughest assigment to date by a long chalk, facing the 3YO colt of the year and older colts as well. 10/1 represents a leper like shunning from the punting community.

    Happily is more positive in the market but the same comments apply to her task today and she hasn't shown the ability to get the wins on the board in the way that Laurens has. O'Brien is a bit below his average strike rate at the moment and the fact is that his best 3YO miler retired without ever running aat the trip again after the Guineas. The headmaster only gave Aidan a C+ for his homework with Saxon Warrior this season.

    Good luck Laurens backers but this looks ominous to me :emoticon-0138-think

    I feel I would lay a double on Stradivarius and Cracksman at 3/1, with a reasonable chance one will be beaten. No value on the former horse on this ground I reckon.

    Oh well the fav wins it.

    Just shows how poor that staying division is. No doubt the other Gosden runners will shorten now. Bookies will be running for cover.

    What a poor ride from Librisa Breezes jockey...indecisive..and poor positioning..yet another flat race with doors being shut and a jockey making bad decisions....

    well,this could be another big win for the gosden team,but,for me,hopefully not with lah ti dar,but with CORONET.shes got a great attitude,and ive always liked her from day one,so i hope,she runs well today..e w value..

    And that's his lot as racehorse it would appear. Classy, gutsy, clearly loves racing but packed off to the breeding shed before he's even a man.

    No I don't think he did. "The owners are very game" came out of his mouth but his expression said anything but. Substitute game with any one of insane, stupid or retarded and you might get closer to his true feelings.<laugh>
