Good old Tritonic, my little NAP "saved the Christmas Bacon" as per above comment by ExDanc. First two in my Patent were extremely disappointing, Ronald Pump ran well for a long way from the front, but he's still very young and will learn a lot from the race. As for Belami Des Pictons, hmm, don't usually criticise jockeys, but quite honestly thought the horse was never put into the race at any time? Will take another look at video replay, as the horse might be one to check NTO? Oh, a case (or two) of best 'Gordons' for trainer Nicky Henderson; he never stopped having faith in Champ. Well done indeed!
