I had similar problems a while back. I know exactly what to do but I'm not telling you because you're a ****.

My mate worked for Orange before and said that the Geordies and Indians do their call centre. When the indians finish their shift the calls go through to the Geordies and vice versa. I think they are about 4/5 hours ahead of us so maybe try calling around 8 or 9 at night to get through to a Geordie.
