It is an iPhone. I tried that. Some Indian man said to put I in a tea towel..... That didnae work, A fat American said to take the sim out....that worked for a bit, a man from Canadia telt me to make a few setting changes and now A Scotch princess says to go with aeroplane mode. They haven't provided permanent fix.....the next step is to listen to a Filipino lookin dude who wants me to take the thing apart.....and I am one clumsy ****.
I've got an iphone 4s. if i ever lose the signal, that's what I do, just flick the aeroplane mode to on, then off. It seems to reset things. Mibby reset your house wifi too..
Mine is a 3 i think. I am sending this fae the phone but I'm stood right next to the router thingy.... I'll not be too upset if it stays not working as it was fully 6 months before I hooked it up to the wifi in the first place.
Hmmm ye shouldn't have to be next to it. My phone picks up my wifi from outside my house. Reset the house broadband (turn it aff then on) and mibby it'll sort it.
Nope..... Boooo Thanks for trying folks. Now does anyone know why any randomers would retweet things I say that are not that funny???
Baby Cheeses H Might. He can answer all questions of any kind at any time for any person about any thing. No swearing though. Baby Cheeses don't like the curses. Be nice, an you can call him Cheez.
I know this now. I attacked it like the Filipino man said......and managed to **** the thing up altogether.
Great news folks. After all my ****ing about I have managed to get things back to just as bad as they were earlier..... This is a success. I have temporarily learned the lesson not to **** about with ****.....until next time I **** about with ****.
Great news Webs I just hope that this phone isn't going to be used as a "trigger" or whatever you'd call it.
Hopefully the only thing that "'goes off" will be my alarm in the morning. I competed a precision operation with a prominent member of the IRA recently using a clock....true story....but not what you think. P.S thanks for the advice.
When I solve a problem I take a step back and look to the left and right to see how the other folk got on as though I was on The Krypton Factor. I did it this evening when I got the phone back together.
It's an old phone Reb. Wear and tear is likely the problem. Is everything else working on the wireless?
Yes sir. I've had it a couple of years. Just extended the contract as it was running fine until the last couple of days.
