People keep asking what the point of Sartori is - perhaps he is solely there for when we become a wider group a la City Football Group. I still think there is way more to Sartori's future with us than it seems.
I am sure I read about take over time that KLD, JS and the "consortium" were looking to have a portfolio of about 4 teams in all. I think 2 in Europe (including us) and a couple more in the wider world (South America?). The article I read definitely said that Methven was going to be important in facilitating the deals!
and however tenuous, Juans wife 'technically' owns AS Monaco, so we have that link to French football and its access tentacles to African players. I'm sure its all part of KLD's future plans, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more links to other markets emerging over time. All good in my opinion, I trust our top man to push on and improve on all fronts.
