Dont know if it's been mentioned anywhere else but has anyone heard why he didn't feature today ?

Seems he was listed as sub but changed last minute to Tozser. Was it a warm up injury or, as I've heard a rumour, did he refuse to sit on the bench and was then dropped from the squad totally.
