His injuries are becoming a real worry.
He is still fairly young and may turn out to be fully fit for the whole of next season.
All we can do now is hope.

Seems like a real sense of De Ja Vu here. I don't mean the injuries, but the general slagging off by the fans, ready to end another career and hoping the player would just disappear. SO lets hope Sandro turns out to be like all the other players that so many wanted to **** off, like Zamora, Austin, Henry...... All of whom now seem to be the mainstay of the team having fought through injuries.

If you look at the way he was injured on Saturday there isn't a player on the team who wouldn't have been injured after having Karl Henry bend your knee the wrong way. So it's hardly a sign of continuing injuries, just pure bad luck. Lets give the guy a chance before sending him to the knackers yard.

Was it Karl Henry who clattered him or Suk-Yun?

Thought it was Henry, but might have been Suk-Yun, but whoever it was really clattered him, he didn't stand a chance.

I didn't see it Lone so I can't comment. I just wonder if that's really true though. The bloke has had a dicky knee since he was at Spurs so it was already weak. I wonder if a naturally fit player would have been done for two months under that challenge?

I don't know the answer but you have to admit, a crock's a crock. You'll only ever get half a season out of most of them if you're lucky. People are just annoyed that we seem to sign a lot of these kinds of players.

He was a hard knock and you see his knee bend sideways, don't think many could take it and walk away undamaged. And I do understand the sentiment, my point is yeah maybe we shouldn't have touched him in the first place, like many before, but look at the likes of Bobby Zamora, zero to hero. I just wish the fans were like the fans of old, a more positive and realistic bunch. A player might be ****, injured or a ****er, but they're our so deserve our support. Hope for the best and wait till the final outcome before going nuts, cause Sandro might score the winning goal at wembley in the FA cup final, or his career might be over? Who knows, I just think a little more positivity would go a long way.

    Stop worrying
    We have Mutch
With Mutch Barton and Fer in midfield we dominated midfield at home at the start of the season
We just looked weak up front and everyone wrote Charlie off
Bring in BZ and Charlie if firing
Our 2 Chilean right sided gods have got going in recent weeks and we look very good

    so BS Charlie with
    Barton Fer Mutch Vargas
is the best of all worlds

Just worried Rio may be behind them

    Fully agree with you

We have a more than capable replacement in Mutch who offers more creativity than Barton/Henry who offer the protection to the back 4.

If anything it makes HR's team selection simpler

Lone. I don't remember agreeing with you before much, but I do on this one definitely, except I think it was Yun that did him not Henry! As you say it looked bad, he was unlucky, and it probably would have put most out getting that hit. I read too that the injury is not related to his previous problem. I think he's a very good player with the toughness of playing style and speed we need centrally. I rate both Barton and Henry a lot, but Sandro has what they lack. We will miss him while he's out. Hope he and we have better luck with injuries going forward.

Barton lacks something? We're making progress Jock.

Here's a clue to what he lacks. It begins in T. And ends in ALENT.

Sylvio, first you need to learn how to spell Big, Bald and Brazilian, and then pour on a bottle or two of the missus sweet smelling chemical solvent nail varnish remover stuff to dissolve that super glue you stuck them Barton Blinkers to your face with.

My point is that whilst some wanted rid of certain players and were proved wrong.others wanted this players to stay that have proved to be a shower of ****.

Im all for supporting our team and players, but whats is wrong with wanting more from our playes and our club?

Im realistic and dont expect miricles, but i aslo want a decent performance n the Prem every week. Unlike yourself who stated you'd be happy to watch us in Div 2 playing ****football against **** teams.

Im no glory hunter by any means, but id like to believe w have some sort of ambition and future plans, rather than just sit and watch everyone around us get better.
These "good old days" that you long for..were in fact not actually good old days. They were s**T and L1 football was crap (at best).

Dare to dream mate, and maybe you might enjoy it <ok>

Queens you're taking ****e!!! I'd love to see the post where I said I'd love to watch Div 2 football?? Good luck finding it. What I would like is the fans of old, where people didn't care if it was ****, it was QPR and that is all that mattered. We longed for the best, expected the worst and got something in between. Now it just seem constant moaning.

As for my expectations, I firmly believe we will survive this season, even if Sandro was crocked for the whole year. I believe we will become a more stable club, it just takes time and a degree of stability which we haven't had with all the **** over the last few seasons. But come what may, moaning will not change a damn thing!
