You can guarantee he'll boost it mate. It's part of why us Spurs fans are genuinely devastated at losing him, we've not just lost our best midfielder for peanuts but we've also lost a great character in the dressing room, it's no secret he was a favourite amongst the playing staff and it's somewhat of an un-sung attribute to have, with guys like Sandro around, it helps keep a positive vibe amongst the place. As a 24 year old Spurs fan who goes all home and many away games, I've been lucky enough to see some immense players at our club in recent years, with King, Carrick, Keane, Defoe, Berbatov, Modric, Bale, van der Vaart to name a few... Sandro is most definitely another one to add to that list, was a privilege to see him play when he was at his best. I just hope for our sakes Capoue and the new fella Stambouli can fill his shoes to some extent.
It's funny just how many signings we make of quality players and the only people who moan about it are our fans?!?! Absolutely unbelievable when you consider that 3 years ago it was Rob Hulse!!!! Wake up and smell the roses, if you consider that we are going down hill from there then you really need to have a look at your expectations. 6 million for Sandro for Sandro, and DT you're claiming this is the club gone mad? You really are becoming a YoYo, make your mind up and stick to it. While QPR fans were moaning amongst themselves last night, Sandro was trending on Twitter to the early hours, with Spurs fans in meltdown, not only at the fact that we'd signed him but at the fact it was for such a small fee. A top signing of the right sort of player, if you see this as the wrong sort then enlighten us as to what would be the right sort?
