Good to know that our training sessions are competitive. I remember watching a documentary with Ferguson and he stated how important it was that training replicated games as much as possible. I'm a big believer that you shouldn't spend too much time worrying about players getting knocks etc. Reality is they are much more likely to pick up a muscle injury running than the odd knock from a teammate kicking them in training. You need that competitive edge to things.
