Norwich in the Premier league, Clingan - 2 championship relegations on his cv - bet he feels gutted now and wishes he'd stayed. Those who stayed loyal in those dark days like Wes, Drury and Lappin have been rewarded.
 
There were a few who jumped ship after relegation, even from the squad in 2005, who thought they were too good and are now rueing that decision. But anybody with that kind of arrogance is not worth his place in the squad. If a bigger club comes a calling then thats fair and understandable.
 
I always felt sorry for Clingan, and was of the opinion that he was pushed rather than jumped ship as the club tried to cut the wage bill.
Still enjoyed and joined in with the Barclay last game of the season though... "It could have been you.."
