True, but it's not like they weren't aware of the problem. Russia is as well known for racism as the Middle East is for poor women's rights. Would you criticise a woman if she took a multi million pound job in Qatar and then complained that she was treated poorly compared to her male colleagues? It shouldn't happen, but she should have been well aware that it would when she took the job.

Guess it raises the argument again about whether it's the person's responsibility to adapt to the culture, or the society's responsibility to be more accepting of people from other culture's. But let's not go there again - a partisan football forum is not the best place to debate racism issues.
