Hi guys,

I was at the western homes community stadium yesterday and I saw walker who is on loan at colchester, I just wanted to report in and say he had an awesome game (great penalty save) and he is really popular with colchester fans, they chanted and sung more about him than any other player

What do you guys think of him? Does he have a future with you or do you think he'll end up elsewhere?

Can't see it mate, especially not as a first team keeper. We've got Cech who still has a few years left and then Courtois the 20 year old Belgian Madrid keeper who looks like he could be his successor unless the board make a colossal **** up and sell him as part of the Falcao deal!

love the sig btw <laugh>

Nice to hear that he's doing well and had a great game yesterday. However I think Walker will almost definitely be on his way out in the near future. Cech won't be giving up his gloves anytime soon and Courtois is very fast becoming one of Europe's hottest property of young goalkeepers. Add to that that we already have another potentially good young goalkeeper in Blackman as well as Delac who is currently out on loan in Croatia. If he does go then I wish him all the best of success and in general in his life and career.

Good to see he's playing well. I can't see him making it here either with Cech and Courtois. He'll make it in at least League 2 though, most of the youth players who don't make it here go on to play at a decent level.

Don't you have Billy Clifford too? I saw him play a few times at the start of the season in the youth team and he looked ace!

No way in HELL that we can allow Courtois to go. My belief is that the spine of the team is the most important to every club - goalkeeper, (centrebacks to an extent), defensive/holding midfielder, striker - with the first and last of those being at the forefront. If we already have such a good young keeper then any person who deems Courtois as expendable in exchange for Falcao, shouldn't have a job at our club.
