I think it would be a great signing especially with Jay rod, Maynard costing 3 times more. He's still young and fits in with everything were trying to achieve at SMS.
Good player - not the paciest I believe, but young and very good technically. Would be a good addition.

Yeah I don't trust this guy since Solent said we haven't been after Maynard, he was claiming we were very close to signing him so I wouldn't believe everything he says!
Now regardless of how accurate it is, that is the sort of fee that I'm talking about and am happy to see us pay for a new player. Fees of £5m or £6m or £7m were/are just stupid, and I wouldn't want us to be paying that for a player. £2m though, yes please.
