Sheesh it makes depressing reading. So perhaps DC will be able to sign his assistant after all and a player or two. Their negatives could end up being our positives at little or no cost.

I can understand the mid-week bit but why November?...I follow my team (Gills) away any time of year.
lol...best cancel the whole of November then...and December and January and February is defo scrubbed off the list
i imagine the pitches in the conference aint like the football leagues. on another forum http://www.thefootballforum.net/index.php?/forum/9-non-league-forum/ we been told that braintree's pitch is so bad that usually their games are always postponed in the winter months. i dont go to away games anyway as im banned for away games so i wont go anyway! im just guessing for others
the wife has banned me. i use to go to all home and away games. but my wife is disabled and we have 2 small children aged 5 and 3. her health has declined in the last year or so. therefore my employer has been good to me and allowed me to work from home as a result. going to home games is ok as its only a few hours. but going to an away game is usually an whole day event with the travelling there which could take a couple of hours and pre match drinks and lunch and then post match drinks and travelling back etc. its not fair on my wife leaving 10am an dnot getting back to 10pm for example. family comes 1st for me. i said i wont go to the away games as long as i can have peace and listen to the game on the radio and that means im free for the match threads on here which is good
Crawley pitch was so bad last season we had matches cancelled and they used to be a league team. So little chance of some other grounds escaping a waterlogged pitch if we get another bad winter
Salisbury are now considering putting an injunction on the football conference in order to appeal against their relegation.... Here is an official statement from Salisbury:
