Technically when we rib WJ, about Scots wearing skirts we are breaking transgender laws, but if we have to stop all the personal jokes, then the site would close down.

This part of the majority would if some of the minority was sitting close by. They aren't though. They seem to group in the North & South stands. And it would be a personal comment from me, not using a steward, btw. (Speaking of which, have you noticed how little we complain about stewards these days. There was a time when they were bang out of order).

I know what you mean by desensitised to world events. I think we all are. Probably unavoidable due to the incessant 24 hour news we get these days. But I still remember the shock of our players successfully escaping the plane on the runway. It could have been so different.

WJ.....Do you think the players care about your or my situation, healthwise, finances etc etc. Would it impact on their lives if you or myself died in an aircrash, car crash or ship sinking. I suspect not. Although I would be very sad if the team had come to harm or perished, it wouldn't have an effect on me. Thats not me trying to be hardnosed.

 

Think Shaks point is no, but they didn't did they, it's like ribbing you Scots about cross dressing, while We know we can't do the same to a transgender person.

I've answered yes Chesh because even though it is cruel and vindictive, its still banter. Obviously I don't like it or agree with it, but I'd be a liar and hypocrite to try and hold the high moral ground, what with all the chants I've sung.

 

Not convinced at all with Kiko. I thought he made one very good save low down to his left but makes what I think routine saves look theatrical but at least he pushed them around the post. Seems to parry too many straight into the middle of his penalty area. One he parried right onto the head of the CF who luckily missed an open goal with it going past the post. Then there was the missed punch that Berardi cleared off the line. Another day and that could have been 3-2 and a completely different last 10 minutes.
