TalkSport just said he's not been suspended and he's just under investigation but he's not available for the forthcoming Liverpool games. Have the club suspended him until the investigations ate complete?

Yeah, he's technical still available for selection, but LFC have made him not available until it's sorted. Like someone else said, prob don't want to back him if he's then found guilty (like Johnson but obviously not as bad)
SSN just reported the alleged failed test was after the EL game at OT. No doubt Fistian will be in meltdown demanding they now take our place in the semi final and he gets a nine month ban like Rio got.
I would assume if we self ban and he's found guilty they might date the suspension from the first game we dropped him..so makes sense. Other than looking like taking action as a club of course..

What's wrong with these players? Putting at risk their own careers and the reputation of the club, by taking drugs. You would have thought being paid millions a year would be ample reward for that sacrifice (if they are that way inclined ). At least we have learnt our lessons from the Suarez episode. When we took a lot of stick and damaged our reputation by wrongly supporting him.
Kolo said he had taken his wife's weight loss tablets not realising they contained banned substances. Perhaps Sakho will argue they were taken accidentally, not that it will have any affect on his ban. On the bright side at least he will not get injured at Euro 2016
No bright side from this. Reputation of player and club damaged, and we lose a key player in the next key matches.
