It's nice and lively where she lives then? My nephew used to support Liverpool which annoyed me no end but I took him to see them play at the emirates and within 5 minutes he'd decided that the Liverpool team and supporters were so vile he wanted to support Arsenal instead - absolutely fine with me! His brother's a spud so there's no chance of ocnverting either of them to the hornets. Trying to brain wash my 3 nieces instead but it's a bit of a struggle.........
I went to the Emirates for the Scotland/Brazil game a couple of years back. Nice place but the surrounding area is a ****ehole.
My brother visiting from Oz and wanted to go to this but sold out and prices not too bad please log in to view this image DUBLIN DECIDER - LIVERPOOL FC V CELTIC FC 10 AUG Saturday 10th August 2013 - Kick Off 17.00 DUBLIN DECIDER WILL TAKE PLACE ON AUGUST 10TH IN THE AVIVA STADIUM BETWEEN LIVERPOOL FC AND CELTIC FC On Saturday, 10th August 2013, two of the biggest names in world football will come to Dublin, as Liverpool FC and Glasgow Celtic FC take each other on in the inaugural "Dublin Decider". This will be the first time since 1998 that the Liverpool 1st XI will play in Ireland, while Celtic are returning to the Aviva Stadium having played there in 2011 in the Dublin Super Cup. Both clubs have committed to bringing full, first-team squads, and this match will form a vital part of their pre-season preparations. The match will be shown live in Irish, UK and international markets. Kick-off will be 17:30. The early kick-off time is to accommodate families and those attending with young children. Tickets are priced at â¬10 for children and from â¬25 for general admission to â¬55 for premium level tickets. Both clubs will have substantial allocations for their travelling fans. A further ticket sales announcement will be forthcoming. The Dublin Decider is supported by tourism initiative, The Gathering. Substantial numbers are expected to attend from the UK, with travelling fan support, as well as those taking the opportunity to visit friends and relatives in the year of the Gathering. Both Clubs have substantial followings amongst the Irish diaspora and traditionally have very strong followings amongst the Irish at home and overseas. Speaking today, Minister of State for Tourism and Sport Michael Ring said: "This is going to be a fantastic Gathering events, and I'm excited about it already. It's not every day that you can welcome two famous clubs from overseas with such strong Irish connections. I want to thank the FAI and both clubs for organising this game, and I look forward to greeting the fans when they come to Ireland." Tickets will be available through www.ticketmaster.ie and via both clubs ticketing offices, as well as Ticketmaster retail outlets.
Scotland have almost sold out the 20,000 ticket allocation for playing England at Wembley next month and the ticket prices are £35, £45, £55 or £65 - obviously depending which section you're in. The £65 section is sold out so I guess our fans are idiots too. I done the sensible thing and bought a £35 ticket and binoculars from Poundland.
Not really - paying for the history and tradition of a fixture which is the oldest in the interntional calendar and hasn't taken place in 14 years. Yes it's pricey but it's always a big game for both of us. I still think it is a disgrace that it's taken the FA 6 years to invite you lot to the new Wembley - you should have been playing us in the opening game in my opinion.
I was there that day, the whole area is shut off to cars and there were tons of Jocks in kilts having a kick around down near the bottom of the steps in the hot sun. I was drinking a beer and smoking a doobie from the balchony watching you daft ****s. Funny as **** View from my Ex Mrs Flat.. please log in to view this image
