    TV archives should be checked to see what provoked the indiscretion and suitable punishment be implemented. Or is there a statute of limitations?

    Some rather banal responses, I would like to know what caused him to react in such a stupid way, the footage that I have found, very poor quality, doesn't reveal anything.
