It's awful.. I could hear him bellowing at the players.. They're denied any freedom.. Almiron plays as a defender in fact today we basically played 8 defenders and 2 upfront... I think we tried to press which was weird.... They just took the piss

Max into a striker, Murphy into a right back... He need to get it in his head that players need to be in their best position 1st and foremost.. I think rive just tries random things hoping to stumble on a magic formula
Horrific. He needs to go. This club needs a modern manager ASAP and we need a bit of vision. We’ve drifted for 13 years aimlessly. It’s not even about money. Plenty clubs of our current stature or under go and find managers who bring something in line with football in 2020.
The problem is we're doing well points wise, so whatever way you slice it he's not in any danger of losing his job and won't be until Xmas and that's if we don't pick up some points before then.. If you look at our fixtures there's a run of ganes after Chelsea he's got to get points from because the Xmas /jan fixtures are horrific. If we are struggling going into those games we might be as good as down after them... I think that when we might see him sacked. He's not going to be successful in whatever changes he claims he's trying to make.. He's just making it worse.
I’m not making any predictions points wise. This season is all over the shop fortunately. We 100% needed to change in my opinion. Football has to be entertaining, but that’s a personal thing. He isn’t capable of effecting that however, but we already knew that looking at his career. It’s just another cheap desperado option which sees us go absolutely ****ing nowhere.
Steve Bruce has never once taken any personal responsibility or suggested he git things wrong.. Instead he throws the players and former managers under the bus or he simply says he's trying to change things and that takes time. How long does he need to make a change? I'm sure he was here when saints lost 9-0 to Leicester, so surely they've managed to change
He always points to previous results or how other teams have done against sides who’ve just tanned them too. Like I say I don’t really care much for what managers say. If they can send out a modern competitive entertaining football team with a plan, they can say what they want. It only grates for people when they are having to sit through 90 torturous minutes every week hoping the players individual quality can steal something. We’ve given him some half decent players to play a modern mobile style and he’s sat going “Er how do I do that”. The players seem to really like him too which is madness as he is riding on their coattails!
I mean look at the attitude he has in this mate He's living in some fantasy world where we're playing well in done games, but the reality is the other teams have bad days or we get a decision.
Yes at the moment we are 11th but the fact remains the points we have are pure luck. The Spurs game on another day could have been 7-0. We got lucky that Everton had 4 of the best players missing and the other win against West Ham they where just awful. We are absolute turd and we will free fall down the table.
Yeah I think a heavy loss Chelsea vs Chelsea after the break and then this run of games will decide our fate After these it's a nightmare run of games, so if we lose these games we will be ****ed even if Bruce's replace afterwards, but that's probably when he's going to be under pressure... Basically when it's too late... They'll bring someone in who'll face the big clubs back to back around Xmas and January and they'll of course lose them all. Post Chelsea is the time do do it, but there's no chance of that because of our lucky results... Those lucky results are actually going to kill the club
I just hate watching us play. Under Pardew we played some nice football. We won some and we lost some but at least we played. What we have to watch now is just boring as hell. And the thing is Bruce actually thinks he is doing a good job and that he doesn’t deserve the stick he is getting. I think I said a couple of weeks ago I wanted to lose a couple of games to put Bruce under pressure. I don’t really WANT us to lose games but to get rid of him we HAVE to get in a risky relegation situation or we will have him forever I’m under Ashley. Im not going to lie. I turned it off at 77 minutes because I was THAT bored and I have never ever done that before!
Something I noticed yesterday on TV was he difference in body language even before a ball was kicked. The Southampton players were all high fives with determination in their eyes and ours were standing with their hands on their hips... This tells me Bruce's not just a bad coach, but lacks the ability to motivate.
