I think that was an entertaining half and we are playing far more positive, albeit making too many mistakes at the back. Azaz has looked far more comfortable and that's a huge goal for his confidence.
Much better progressively, but still very shaky at the back (not helped by Bazunu. Yes he made a couple of good saves, but the second was because he flapped at a cross he could have just caught. The goal wasn’t great for him either). Downes looking better today, and Azaz/Fellows slowly looking more like the players we hoped we were buying. Leo needs to run at their 34 year old RB who is on a yellow already. As per, he looks our most threatening player.
Started really well but tailed off massively after their goal. Wednesday are genuinely awful (understandably) and will finish bottom by miles even without the points deduction. Not sure if it's just me but the game feels a bit like a non event tbh? Paper mache wrists strikes again for their goal (think he got a touch). He did make a good save afterwards but the shooting opportunity came from his poor punch. 2 goals at the chapel Fans been fairly vocal about O'Neill.
The young lad on the bench was warming up at HT with the rest of the subs and a coach just ran out and took him back in. Surely not coming on at HT!?
Yeah we look lively going forward and always a threat. Their keeper makes Bazunu/McCarthy look like Banks, so we should jut keep peppering them with shots. Normally Armstrong does that, but not today.
For nearly 2 years now we just constantly stand off the opposition, both on the edge of the box and out wide. You'd think Romeu will help with that.

There's definitely goal line tech, I saw the ref check it both for the goal and for the one right at the beginning. Looked miles over from where I'm stood anyway.
Firstly, yes there is goal line tech in the Champ. secondly, that’s not what Tessum said. He said it wouldn’t have been given without that technology.
Yes it was bad defending, but 99% of pro goalkeepers save that. It wasn’t in the corner or hit with much pace. Bazunu is absolutely terrible dunno why everyone pretends otherwise
