Whoop-de-do. More misery, meltdowns, and mudslinging. Guys to blame: Referee: Andre Marriner. Assistants: Simon Long, Richard West. Fourth official: Sam Allison. VAR: Lee Mason. Assistant VAR: Marc Perry.
Team I would like to see: Bazunu KWP Salisu ABK Larios JWP AMN Edozie S. Armstrong A. Armstrong Adams Get Edozie and Adam out wide running at Everton's defence with KWP and Larios as attacking full backs. Larios looked quite good coming off the bench at Villa so would like to see him start. Would also be fine with a fully fit Perraud starting though.
Yes please, I'm happy with that. Definitely AMN and Edozie. I'd probably put Perraud in for Larios though.
Everton are turd away and have a dreadful record at St Mary's. This has 2-0 Saints written all over it. I am that confident I am even risking cursing it.
A Dean and Mason combo is no longer possible as neither are active referees anymore - they are solely VAR's now. A Hooper - Mason combo would be by far the worst combo.
The only certainty about this game is that Gordon, should he be playing, will be perfecting the art of falling to the ground in an ongoing attempt to deceive the officials. Just as he does in every match.
Why do you guys think AMN will start? Ralph sorta said he was a long way from being ready for us. Has something been announced?
I'll be pleasantly surprised if Diallo and Mo El are not in the starting line up and Stuey is, the former two are nothing more than back up squad players for me.
Adams has put in a lot of work in the last week for Scotland. I`d be surprised if he played the whole game.
Yeah but Diallo has been here a while and still doesn't look ready. hopefully 2 solid weeks on the training ground with Ralph will have helped AMN get up to speed.
That's the team that the vast majority of Saints fans would like to see, do I think that Ralph will select it?...highly unlikely
