    its odd how the confidence at home is so bad.
    I cant remember a season where saints were so bad at home (apart form the last 3 seasons)
    Away from home we are a totally different side.
    We really need to smash a team 4-0 at home
    The TV fixture is a bit ominous also given we havent won a televisied game since 2005.

    Change as many managers as you like, it won't fix the sh1t decisions made over the last 3 seasons and our garbage choice in centre backs and strikers

    I kicked a chair leg in frustration once [I didn't mean to connect in the arc of my leg swing]. It drove my big toenail deeper into my toe. Jeez, did that hurt. The only saving grace was that I'd performed home surgery on my other big toe many years earlier, for ingrowing [I still have a proper toenail] and it kind of evened them up. These days, they are both 100% fine. But I'm empathically cringing for Sofiane, cos that must have hurt. Just one of those things.
    Charlie George chopped off a bit of a finger in a lawnmower accident, whilst a Saints player. Possibly a less important digit to a footballer.

    If Boufal is fit for Watford then it was a hyped story. These things can take weeks to properly settle down. We'll miss his genius, I'm thinking.

    It's a Catch-22. We found some excellent CBs over the last decade, and they all left for pastures new. Understandably so. They only way to keep them is to match their ambition. For a few seasons we were in there. Then something changed.
