    Indeed! Following a good performance and result in the last game, and with no real pressure on this game I'm foolishly hopeful of goals (yes, more than 1!) and a win, coupled with a sprinkling of excitement in the air over our new record signing, I think it's going to be a good day.

    I miss the draw at 5.00 on Saturday. Stretching the FA Cup out over several days ruins the excitement IMO.

    McQueen to play against Watford then. I would possibly have started him for this one anyway.
    Just hope whoever has the flu can shake it off by the Brighton game.

    I looked this up a couple of weeks back. The stat that shocked me was 11% lower than Branfoot. 11 PERCENT LOWER THAN IAN ****ING BRANFOOT.

    I remember those days, fans holding up red cards in favour of sacking him. Not a nice thing to do but when a board buries its head in the sand and your club is going to the ****ter what else can fans do?

    Yep Branfoot had it rough with the Saints fans, death threats and being hounded out. nobody deserved that level of abuse IMO.
