Saints should have won by a few more goals than they did, We were well and truly owned by them following on after being owned by hull.......We are out of the top half and rightly so on relegation form.......
That was a relegation performance . If we continue like this we may as well dig up the right side of the Liberty pitch and plant Daffs on it.
You may well be correct Dai - the cost of buying the Stadium and then expanding it may be too prohibitive. That said, there are plans drawn and approved
Plans and approval don't mean a thing...All it means is that once everyone who will be affected with the build are in agreement work can begin.....unfortunately that is not the case and unlikely to ever be the case.......If i lived right by the stadium or was owner of any of the stores then i too would stop the expansion going ahead......
Swans sunk without trace on the South coast? We had some divs out there today............... Not sure what to make of Eder, but Gomis was bloody lazy today, and was on his arse more than standing. he won bugger all in the battles and was rightly subbed.........
Having read every comment on this post I thought I would have a say. I saw the names Leon and Dyer - forget them, I would rather be relegated and start with youth rather than those 2, great servants to the club however their time is surely up. Gomis is rubbish, he may have scored (from 5 yards) a few but in all honesty I would rather a Wilson, Vardy, Naismith. I could rant about Monk re the starting lineup and use of Montero etc etc however no point as I will be quickly shouted down so no point. Depth of the squad is piss poor imo as we saw with the Hull result. It is all well and good saying that the club is financially sound and do not pay silly wages. Perhaps the club should actually go out on a limb, buy 2-3 decent players and pay wages that perhaps the club have never paid before. I suppose I will also read in reply that we have only lost 2 and have beaten Man U and drawn with Chelsea etc etc. We lost to a 10 man Watford, Chelsea are 1 down atm to Newcastle. Monk imho is still clueless. I could rant for a few more paragraphs but no point. Very disappointed with the way the team is going.
Dyer plays for Leicester so I'm not sure who you were looking at on that team sheet. Leon came on very late so we didn't start with him. You're right though. Very poor again.
Chelsea went through a blip, Man city are on a blip, Liverpool have had a blip, All bigger and better teams than us and they have and will come through it.....We will come through it also and that's why i don't agree with anything you say musty.......
