Thing is, this is what Reading is about. They're ruthless and efficient. It's no fluke they've taken the lead twice against the run of play. This is an under-strength Reading, which we can see by the space and possession we've had in the middle of the pitch. I thought it could be a late goal for Reading, so it's way better it's happened with some time on the clock. COYR!

That late goal was the one I envisioned. My vision didn't include the one in the middle.

Yeah Fonte is far too erratic, next season I fully expect him to be 3rd choice behind Hooiveld and a new addition.

Hammond cannot pass to save his life, and Chaplow had a good spell before Christmas but believed his hype and hasn't performed since returning.

Apart from the 3 above it has been a good performance and I hope people don't take the scoreline as gospel, we are going up and we should have won tonight.

Now watch the pessimistic brigade come out....

That was ****, we shouldn't of lost and wear beaten where it matters.

They obviously deserve to go up as Champions.

I think Lambert had a bad game compared to his usual standards and Sharp needs to prove something to me.

Tonight I think when he tried to get a pen at the end he could have easily attacked the ball.

Reading deserve to win the league. Been the best team in the league. Not saying they play the best football, but they've got the x factor. Whatever that is, they have it. Like Sunderland when Keane took over. That was an understrength Reading team - we were by the far the better team, but that's not what counts. They had a gameplan, and it worked. Unfortunately too, we don't have any real surprise package on the bench.

Be a tough one for Nigel to pick us up from, especially with two away games now. But I have faith. Going up is what counts.

Agree with your second point, was stupid to go down at that point as was well in front to win that ball.

Have to disagree with you about Lambert though, thought he was won almost everything in the air.

It's one of those irritating games where you just batter the opposition for them to go up the other end and do what's needed.

Just up to our old mate Poyet now.

What planet are you people on? We can draw all the lines we want. We have truly ****ed it up with one win out of the last 4. Kiss goodbye to promotion now

Yes, apparently we've been a defensive shambles all season, according to one. I'm sure we'll read worse than that too, in the coming days.

For my money, it just shows how far we've come and how far we have to go. Reading have improved dramatically since the New Year, with the acquisition of Roberts. He gives them a bite they never quite had up until then. Fair play to them, as I don't think they'll falter now. We have a promotion to look after, and don't let's be down about it either.
