I havent seem much of reading at all this season. I imagine they will be well organised, their clearly know how to win games and they demolished west ham recently and scraoped out a good win last night. we'll have to be at our very best to win which I believe we will be. one things for sue if their is a winner that team is all but guaranteed promotion.
Guly played well at RM at the start of the season. He has been off form lately but i can see Adkins starting him. It seems that Chaplow did well on Monday so i would play him. I have a gut feeling that we will sneak this 1-0 or 2-1. Can't wait for the game!! Together as one!
Should be a cracking atmosphere on Friday night. There's nothing like a crucial game played under lights. I'm going for the same result and score as we got against West Ham in October - 1-0 Saints, and 90 mins of high octane anxiety.
Wow. This is massive game, and I'm going thanks to the old man sorting me out with a ticket! I can feel the butterflies in my stomach all ready. I think we can sneak it 2-1 or 1-0, because of the quality that Lambert, Lallana and Sharp offer us in the final third.
Just to let you know the match is on the Friday not Saturday. Wouldn't want you getting the days wrong and missing the game now would i... even know i'm missing it
We know Karacan is out for the season. Leigertwood and Hal Robson-Kanu missed the game vs Brighton last night due to 'knocks', however that sounds to me that they were rested for the game with us. Has anyone heard if this is a sell out? Hopefully there will be a big crowd to cheer the boys on. I'm more in agreement that this is a must not loose game rather than a must win, although a win for either team would essentially ensure promotion and the title. If there is to be a looser then they could find themselves with just a 3 point lead on west ham with 3 to play. This is a massive game, I just hope its us that come out on top.

i have the sme bad feeling about this game as i did before the Palace game , lets hope for the same outcome
Isn't sold out yet which is a little disappointing. Can't imagine there'll be an empty seat in the house come Friday though what with walk-ups and two more days of ticket sales.
Guly is far better just behind Lambo, were he doesn't have to track back as much. At the start of the season teams had not figured us out. Since they have Guly has not worked on the right at all.
Guly put in De Ridder with an awesome pass from right midfield to salvage a point at the Madjeski earlier this season. Let's hope he can open up the Reading midfield for us again. Karacan is a big miss for Reading and if Leigertwood is also missing then I would think we were very fortunate. However, I don't have a good feeling about this one, although a draw is not a bad result and is a logical outcome in a tense affair.
Hiya daib0, the Royals are certainly going well; do you think Leigertwood will be fit? Are you confident for Friday given your amazing run?
Hi from us also. We're never confident outwardly, the run has been almost too good, but getting back on track after the Peterborough result was vitally important. Mentally the team is so strong that there wouldn't be any panicking at being 0-1 down with 10 mins left on Friday. But it's almost too difficult to call, cos you're playing so well at home all season. I think we'll have players recuperated in time, but let's wait for news. Brighton was SO difficult, we were lucky to be honest to hold out, and if they further dent West Ham's hopes the following day - and why not, considering the Hammers shoddy home form of late - I think we could all do a dance together. Pity the game didn't come just two games later because it might well have been a big joint celebration! We've been in play-offs twice in last three years so know what it's about, but to do a double promotion like it looks like you'll do is an even bigger achievement - congratulations prematurely!
And he also linked up the play very well on the right for our instant equaliser v Forest (God that seems a long time ago!)
Being a very highly anticipated game, this has 'draw' written all over it. I hope I'm wrong though. Sharp to score.
