    Now I’d have agreed with this last season but not this, his subs have largely been effective this season and much earlier.

    Exactly. He's changed both tactics and players early this year, so that's definitely a last season thing (where he didn't have the personnel to be able to do that effectively, in fairness to him).

    Yep, although I still think Ralph made a few issues for himself last season, in his apparent unwillingness to change tactics/formation etc last season were damaging and dangerous, irrespective of not having adequate back up. I think he could have made us harder to beat 2ndf half last season when we were right in the ****.

    But as a positive, at least he has learned this season, I’m really excited about what we can do this year, his team, more cover etc.
