I'll have you know, one of the oddballs was David Bull**, who is one of the biographers of Saints history. He was the one with no sympathy at all for Portsmouth FC's current plight [which was a little sad, I thought] **Open many a Saints history book and, more often than not, it'll be written or co-written by David. A little respect to a fan who's seen a few things and learned, Saints wise.
Notice that in the Championship team of the day in the Mirror, Harding and Lallana are Saints' representatives.
