This has been a game of two halves in one half. We went from being ball magnets to not getting close to it.
Fair play to Howe for changing it so early. That has changed the game, our midfield is getting overrun. Lemina for long at half time is what I’d do.
Ralph needs to sort them out! We just don't seem to be able handle changes, either to our formation or the opposition's.
Really good first 20 minutes, really bad last 25 minutes. Can't help but think that Romeu's stupid yellow (again) has cost us (again) because now he can't be as combative in the midfield. And really, a Romeu that cannot be particularly combative isn't all that useful. Smart change from Howe though and it'll be interesting to see how Ralph responds.

Give over Tom. For 15-20 minutes we were excellent and could have been 3 up. Their manager made an excellent tactical change and they gained control. We still should have scored at 1-1. It’s a two horse game and they took the second half of that half. It can happen.
This game has summed us up I'd say. Don't score enough of our chances when we are on top, and give up goals and chances too easily even under limited pressure. That said, it's only half time and with a bit of tinkering from Ralph, we can still get back into the game.
