It shows the different way teams treat thier youngsters, Fulham have had a good couple of years with thier youths yet it was only last week that 1 player made the starting 11.

McQueen has been starting as striker in several games and so Rowe has been kept out mostly by Isgrove. Dunno if there is any other reason. Rowe and McQueen are very different players. Rowe is faster in terms of first few yards acceleration whilst McQueen faster over 40 yards. Rowe is terrier-like and tackles strongly with his feet whilst McQueen has stronger upper body strength and good in the air. Both can get past players and cross the ball. McQueen is probably more two-footed but Rowe has faster feet. McQueen is excellent at reading the game and covering for others who go forward (He was the left back before he swopped with Shaw when they were younger). McQueen is definitely showing signs of lack of match fitness and a yard off the pace after his 9 months off. I think McQueen is more versatile able to play anywhere across the front or even in the hole whilst Rowe is the more specialised winger.
