I believe this confirms the fact that fans and tabloids etc are indeed, clueless.

In the case of Saints there is certainly a lot of truth in that. I've felt for a long time that nobody knows what Nicola Cortese is thinking, preparing to do, or indeed have the faintest idea who he favours or does not favour, unless he actually says so. While flicking through a few videos, I came across Ed Chamberlain, doing a preview of the QPR - Saints match, and he admitted as much. The media know nothing of how Cortese's mind works, and personally, I think it pisses them off, big time. Me, I couldn't be happier. It's one of the reasons I don't tend to bother reporting rumours.
 
Not Adkins style to put youngsters straight into 1st team action. It seems very much an easing in process of 1st team training and cup/friendly matches.
I'm sure if Target is good enough he will be promoted to the 1st team squad in the summer & Fox may find himself on the transfer list.

We either are looking for another LB, or were planning on keeping Fox but Forest have now bid which we weren't expecting. Every player has his price and if Forest match Fox's valuation then I think he will go and we will sign a replacement.
