Tancredi says Cagliari have already rejected Saints' initial offer of 10m euro. No new offer since.

Sure but Bologna rejected our offer for Ramirez too. And then un-rejected it when no-one else came in for him!
Still think Saints might get Astori. Cagliari holding out for more money, but it seems like no one will match their valuation, and also that no one will even offer up the 10 million Euros Saints are supposedly willing to pay.
