Think the Astori deal may be slipping through our hands. Italian media reporting he wants to go back to Milan, and will do so either now or in June.
Also Adkins shortened from 9/1 into 2/1 joint favourite (alongside Lambert) to be next Prem Mgr to leave his post in the last 48 hours.

Don't want either of these to be true, but it is plausible that Cortese sees having Adkins as manager is now stifling us on occasion from signing the type of players he wants to drive the club on (Gaston excepted).

Either way, let just get behind Nigel and the team and hope for 3pts tomorrow! #elsackico2?

he has only made his debut this season, sorry but a really good young winger in the lower leagues should have played at least once or twice before he is 20. they have Chris Waddles son playing for them- but he is nowhere near as good as his dad, used to love watching him play with his skinny legs all over the place and just skinning the full back for fun

Don't think that is true. Think we are just being held to ransom and NC is playing hardball!
 
Bookies protecting themselves ahead of 6 pointer and potentially chairmen getting twitchy.
If we lose today then it's a tough run of games ahead & 9/1 would be asking for trouble from a bookmakers perspective.

I remember being on holiday near Lucca one year and I went to the bank after lunch to change some sterling and the cashier said :-

"Come back in the morning as we do not change currency in the afternoon."

It was August and nearly everywhere had a sign in the window saying "Chiuso per ferie" ie closed for the holidays.

No wonder they're skint.
