I do think the sudden change in media view on it may suggest something though. However it could just be them giving an interesting spin to the story. I wouldn't read too much into the meeting yesterday. NA and NC have always met on a regular basis.
NA on Skysports now, saying he is relishing the challenge, still has a great relationship with NC and has not had any conversation about getting the push, which kind of pooh poohs the rhetoric being bandied about on the net.

Have to say this is masterful media management by the club. I don't know how they did it but to go in two days from "Adkins backed for saints exit" and "Adkins fears for job before this weekend's game" to all the glowingly positive articles today is quite something. Well, that or the journalists are covering themselves.

Add all that to what they have both previously said and I think we are safe for a few more matches at least. Personally I really think Nigel will resign if he thinks he can't keep us up!
