Anyone as long as it is at home - I'm fed up of being drawn away in cup matches. It's one game now since we were last drawn at home. Surely our luck will change soon.
Didn't enjoy the cup draw. Usually, you just draw the teams and see where they fall, but there was some kind of predraw draw with seedings which took out all of the excitement.
Supersaint - i like your confidence but rest assured you will be in for a tough game we may be Div 2 now but Di Canio has only just got all the players in that he wanted and some can play a higher standard than Div 2 so be prepared for a shock. should be a good game though as they normally are between us. i hope Adkins does play your fringe players as he may well do.
so you can criticise Swindon but it's forbidden to criticise Southampton then - The facts are Southampton has gone down hill big time. I didn't come on here for a slanging match so just accept which is what i have done and that i agree swindon is a dump but so is southampton.

We don't have fringe players, just players who can't get a game because of our good start. There is no match on the following Saturday so players won't necessarily be rested. Nigel will never underestimate any team. Last season we beat teams higher up the ladder than us, so know that league position is never the be all and end all of it. The opposition for the next round (drawn on Saturday) may add extra interest to the game.
Ive also lived in both places and Southampton is like L.A compared to Swindon. Swindon is the bum of Wiltshire !
I actually quite like Swindon. Everything you need is here, it's close to the M4 for easy commuting and it's close enough to Southampton that I can get to matches. I've lived in a lot worse places than Swindon and Southampton.
Me too. An awful little place, full of pikeys. Once met Razor ruddock at the station after while he was playing for them, even he thought it was a woeful place to play and live compared to Soton.
Nothing wrong with Swindon. If a town gives birth to my favourite band of all time - XTC, then it just can't be bad.
And their fans are gobshites. Hope we absolutely trash them, their town is s**t their ground is s**t and their team just the same. Come on you saints!
Totally agree with you Swindon saint.........i have worked all round the uk and i have seen alot worse places than Swindon
