I think the presence of Ankersen adds a lot of credibility to the deal. Solak is a business man just like Gao and I doubt he is going to invest heavily in the club. The Moneyball idea is a not too different to the black box theory we've been running with for years. But it needs tweaking to be more successful and Ankersen may be the key to that. I was not unhappy with Gao and I'm not unhappy with this deal.

Well it's something new, and usually when stuff like this happens, they like to make a signing or two to make an immediate impression. I'm sure Ralph will be happy. I'm cautiously delighted, if that is such a thing.
