Is Under Armour as huge over there at is here? Because over here they are like the new Nike.
It could be nothing more than the ubiquitousness of the brand. Like how Nike and/or Adidas have their hands in everything so it would be no shock if Adidas does your kit, and is also involved in soccer camps you sponsor.
OTOH, it COULD be a larger, formal, closer relationship... And that has the potential to be very exciting indeed.
