Going forward was impressive , Lallana had a fantastic game mom Davis superb , our midfield dept is very strong .
On Gazzaniga. I think some of the ratings are harsh. His distribution was great, had no chance on the goal. He was very very clever killing time. Most importantly he made a massive save one on one that you all seem to be forgetting that he did very well to make considering how little he had to do. He was very solid today and must have given the defence confidence with his great composure coming for crosses and with his distribution. My opinion, sorry I don't mean to force it on others just reminding anyone that's forgotten the 1on1 save -this was a slightly easier save than I realised at second look. It still had to be made and I'd have been less confident of Kelvin making it
Gazzaniga 7-not many saves but excellent distribution. Clyne 9-good goal, looked solid. Fonte 8-didn't do anything wrong. Yoshida 8-great debut, good in the air and on the floor. Fox 6-wasn't too bad, but gave the ball away a lot. Davis 7-grew into the game. Schneiderlin 8-gave the ball away a few times but other than that was absolute class as usual. Ramirez 9-MOTM, too good! Great vision. Puncheon 8-was at fault for the first goal and was quite poor defensively, but a great threat going forward and a well deserved goal. Lambert 8-two goals, good performance. A bit too unselfish at times, the first goal of his shows that he should shoot more! Lallana 9-great performance! I think he upped his game to be on par with Ramirez, so much skill. Richardson 7-didn't lose the ball much, solid. Mayuka 8-looked dangerous when he came on, won us the penalty. Looked better on the wing, struggled in the middle against Man Utd with two big center halves on him. Ward-prowse 7-nice tidy display, good to have a run out.
Do you not remember a few months ago where some guy on Twitter "revealed to the world" that he made friends with Lallana's missus on holiday, who admitted she was shagging around? Caused Lallana to delete his Twitter account.
Ah! Twitter lots of truth on there eh! I am sure DNA will see the proof of the pudding if you pardon the expression.
If his girlfriend cheated on him then they would have split up. He obviously deleted his twitter becasue of the abuse he was getting from them and for potential future abuse as well. Twitter gets a lot of footballers into trouble.
True, but I think the manner of it was quite bad. It wasn't even a secret lover it was a one night stand when she went on holiday to Spain if I remember correctly?
I'd think an entire web of lies surrounding a secret lover is more likely to ruin a relationship than a drunken shag.
