I suspect there's a common logic, too. Either Hoedt does something silly and gets a red, or Hoedt does something silly and Vestergaard is too slow to cover, at which point he lunges and gets a red.

I'm expecting a slow start to the season. Think we will beat Burnley and look good then lose the next two. It will be a rough ride for the first 10 games I fear but the ship will steady after that. If we get 2 wins and a draw from our first 6 I think we will be get on the right track. There's still work to do with Hughes and the formations.
