Can't see Shane's goal record ever being beaten perhaps only a Beckham style shot from the half way line could do it.
Has to be Redmond because of the improvements he made and to some extent how he had to win over the supporters. I think Ings was maybe the most impactful/valuable player but Redmond is the player who brought me the most amount of joy and who I will remember most from watching Saints this year, which is how I interpret "Player of the Season."
Stephens is getting absolutely blasted on you tube just because they're paying him and Redmond in that pranking the manager clip. Gotta love saints fans.
Yep, Valery for me too. An improvement on the previous RB, and he was an experienced international with a European Champions medal.
Redmond by a million, trillion miles. We are extremely fortunate that he didn’t get injured as we would have scored barely any goals without him (JWP free kicks aside.) instrumental in absolutely everything good we have done this season. Goal of the season: JWP free kick against spurs. I love a free kick, me.
Still Valery for POTS for me. Made his league debut vs Man Utd in Dec, has played almost every minute this year, has barely put a foot wrong. That lad's going to be immense.
He’s been dece too, I’d have him high up the list. But in my eyes, you could slot JWP in there or lemina and we’d still have stayed up. But I think Redmond’s skill set is irreplaceable to us, he’s the one player we have with pace, get on the ball and can run at players. His shooting and decision making still isn’t the best, but I thinks he’s the only player of ours that’s could play a level above based on this season.
