    Rattlesnakes was an important album, along with The Smiths and REM stuff in the mid '80s and bucked the trend of the Synth Pop/Rock bands that were dominating the charts at the time and started College Rock, guitar based intelligent songs. Neil Clark's guitar work was an important factor in this...

    He co-wrote this with Lloyd Cole..

    Thanks RSS. Truth is, I've not been a football fan for years, as some of you may know. I also said I would never follow a Southampton FC that was content with struggling, as I'd seen enough small ambition over the years BC/L (Before Cortese/Liebherr). But basically, just before Xmas I got an offer to help someone build their Youtube channel (I started a small YT channel myself) and, along with work, that became all-consuming, interesting, and pleasurable. So events just coincided. I had become so disillusioned with Saints for letting the ambition and momentum slip and even sacking Puel.
    However, I've been watching this World Cup, and it has been a true advert for Football. I've loved Russia as hosts and the games have been fantastic so far. I don't know whether I have the time yet to be back regularly, but I will try my best to pop in every now and again. Nice to say Hi, at least. :emoticon-0157-sun:

    Saw them live during the 80s in Brighton. Very good live and great end to Forest Fire achieved mainly by using feedback.
