    I check out Seattle record company, Sub Pop's youtube channel regularly because some of my favourite American bands of recent years are on it..

    Here are an Aussie Guitar band from Melbourne in the mould of 80s band, The Go-Betweens, this is from Hope Downs out in June...

    Can't believe I missed this birthday yesterday as i'm a fan of this guy (another Sub Pop act).

    37....Former Fleet Foxes Drummer, Josh Tillman was born in Rockville, Maryland in 1981. He now records Solo as Father John Misty and is a Singer/Songwriter and Musician.

    This is from his upcoming album, God's Favorite Customer, out on June 1st...
