    I've posted this before but it seems like a good time to hear it again today. Great guitar from Alvin Lee or Graham Barnes as he was named but let's face it Alvin Lee's more rock and roll.

    It was a bright sunny May morning in 2013 when I was in Yekaterinburg. My driver had the radio on and was taking me to his boss when Wham's "Last Christmas" was played by the presenter. I know the Orthodox Xmas is later than the Western one, but not that late. Who says Russians do not have a sense of humour? However, the previous week did look decidedly wintery with snow on the ground.
