Got to see a truly great team today - then we all went down to Loftus Road...

More later. When we've started to recover.

Very true Brix. Great to meet you all, the day went downhill once I left the Crown and Sceptre!

Really enjoyed meeting all the Irish R's contingent and in such great form, and also Nines, Hoops Eternal, and Roller, and Col and son, even if there was hardly room to swing a mouse by the time I reached the Crown and Sceptre. Hope you all make up for the disappointment on the pitch by having a great night on the town!

A great day out spoiled only by the match. It was great putting faces to names, shame I couldn't have got there sooner. Next time I will not make the same mistake!

Don't want to mention the score, that was obviously the downside, but hope the Irish contingent managed to enjoy the experience anyway.

Something I would love to have been part of back in the day, well played to you guys anyway, hope the return journey went well. <ok>

Well lads it's 3:45am and on the ferry going back to rosslare. It's been a long 36 hours with not a lot of sleep, but hugely enjoyable meeting up with everyone, nice to put a face to names, well done inky for organising the tickets. Pity it went downhill between 3 & 5 an utterly abject display which i'm sure will be discussed elsewhere.
Trust that a few beers managed to dull the pain, have a safe journey home. I would say "keep the faith" but that is coming rather in hope than belief.

    hi guys
nice to meet you all, men and boys travelling from all over ireland in cars,
trains, taxi's, planes and ferries to meet in a london pub ! Hardcore fans
God bless you all ! Hope you all got ( or will get ) home safely !
I experienced more passion in the Crown & Septre than in any player
on that pitch yesterday ! The result was so bad that not even the drunken
Arsenal fans slagged me on my way home through Gatwick. I must have looked
a sorry sight ! Not even a " hard luck " from the security guys who normally give
me some banter on my way home. I met some great guys yesterday, although didnt
get a chance to talk to a lot of you because the pub was rammers. Real qpr fans, real
    nice blokes, Thank You. Then................................
Gutted at half time, sick and down hearted. Chants and boo's from the crowd, probably
deserved, but i dont like booing my team or any qpr supporter booing MY team.
the Chants of "he plays on his own" at Ryan Nelson says it all. He is 35 ! Surely all
our highly paid players, must have been ashamed of their lack of effort yesterday.
I stayed in my seat for a while after the match watching Jamie Mackie walk around and
applaud us for coming, he could do this because he tried ! Derry tried ! Nelson tried !
Taraabt tried ! Thats all i ask ! Try !!! Where was the New crew ? Gone done the bloody
tunnel !! If i hadnt met you irish guys my trip would have been hell, so something good
came out of it ! yesterday , Southhampon, wba, swansea, norwich and reading all had heart !
on paper we have better players than all these teams and no team spirit, and no heart.
