    So what do we do now in terms of getting a striker? Any ideas? My first thought was Demba Ba but he looks to be staying at Chelsea. Try and get Hernandez on loan from Man Utd?

    Possibly, I'm just throwing a couple of ideas out there from the Premier League. At this late stage of the window I doubt we're realistically going to get someone in who's first choice at their current club and most back up strikers outside the top 6-7 clubs just aren't very good. Hernandez isn't a regular in the Man Utd side and might fancy some games before the World Cup.

    Its a loan then, because no-one is buying today. That could suit us, a quick resolve & he may even play himself into a good transfer fee in the summer.
    Either way, very disappointed, & I look forward to the club not making any negative headlines for a week or two at some stage.

    You probably would if you'd seen Rhodes play live quite a few times. It's no wonder that he went to Blackburn as Premier League scouts obviously recognised he wasn't worth anywhere near £8 million.

    Reported in one of the papers he wants more games and says Utd would want £15m for him!!! Bit expensive at that price but for a little less maybe.
